High Court
Pursuant to section 11 of the Judicature Act 1908,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint
Ellen Dolour France, Deputy Solicitor-General of Wellington
a temporary Judge of the High Court for a term of
12 months commencing on 26 April 2002.
