Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 March 1992, which
was granted under those Regulations to Janet Brooks
in respect of Barnardos Manawatu Family Daycare Network (52531), situated at 160 Grey Street, Palmerston North.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
