Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked on the date of this notice, the approval of
Medlab Hamilton's
code of ethical conduct, which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of Waikato Polytechnic.
Notice No. 5280 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 26 August 1993, No. 126, page 2542, is hereby revoked.
