Take notice that I, Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing three thousand one hundred and eighty one square metres (3181m2), more or less, situate in the City of Invercargill being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 10071 and being part Block LXXVII, Town of Invercargill, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 5D/1212, Southland Land Registry, being a property formerly held by EO & LH Price Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 23 December 1999, and formerly having its registered office at Invercargill.
And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until 26 February 2002.
