Pursuant to Regulation 32 (1) (i) of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001 ("the Regulations") made under section 134 (1) (g) of the Radiocommunications Act 1989, and acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive,
I give the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Short title and commencement-(1) This notice is the Radiocommunications Regulations (Prohibited Equipment) Notice 2002.
(2) This notice comes into force on 21 February 2002.
2. Prohibited equipment-The installation, use, sale, distribution or manufacture of interfering equipment, as prescribed in the Schedule to this notice, is prohibited.
Schedule
Radio transmitters known as wireless microphones operating in the ranges of frequencies 806 MHz to 812 MHz, 814 MHz to 819 MHz, 824 MHz to 864 MHz, 868.1 MHz to 921 MHz, and 929 MHz to 960 MHz, including, but not limited to, the following makes and models operating within these frequency ranges:

AKG model PT 81
