Take notice that I, Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty
the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the monies payable under invoices rendered to
the Internet Group Limited (which trades as iHug), after
1 August 2000, that have the G.S.T. No. 49-084-811, being property formerly held by Teletech Consumer Electronics Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 8 January 2001, under section 317 of the Companies Act 1993, and formerly having its registered office at Auckland.
And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until 17 August 2001.
