Land Transfer Act 1952, Bridgecorp Residential Limited as mortgagee entered into possession of the following properties located in Auckland and owned by Trendy Homes Limited:

Lots 31 and 32, Sunpark Place, Henderson (certificates of title 136C/90 and 136C/91).
