Pursuant to Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952
Take notice that James Hurren Martin Dawson and
Hector Daneford Pierce Dawson, solicitors of Christchurch, as trustees of the SC Moule Trust, mortgagee of the property owned by Timothy Laughlin Wenmoth at Flat 3, 17 George Street, Riccarton, Christchurch, have taken possession of such premises and will be receiving all rent therefrom as from the 29th day of October 2002, being the date notice was given to the tenants therein.
