The Bank of New Zealand, as mortgagee under mortgage D. 568649.3, being a first mortgage, hereby gives you
notice that on the 18th day of September 2002, the Bank of New Zealand entered into possession of the mortgaged property at 4 MacMurray Road, Remuera, Auckland.
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged property may be sent is Grove Darlow & Partners, solicitors for the mortgagee, whose address for service is at Level Ten, Tower One, The Shortland Centre, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
The mortgaged property comprises a single dwelling house constructed on leasehold land formerly used as a rest home.
