Take notice that Southern Cross Building Society, whose offices are situated at First Floor, Southern Cross Building, corner of Victoria and Queen Streets, Auckland, being
the mortgagee, pursuant to memorandum of mortgage D. 356030.2 from Shelf Company No. 21 Limited
(in liquidation), is receiving income as from the 17th day of September 2002, in respect of the property situated and known as Unit A, 421 Roscommon Road, Manukau, Auckland, more particularly described in certificate of title 90C/718 (North Auckland Registry).
Communications relating to the mortgaged property may
