Mortgaged Properties
In the matter of section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952, and in the matter of memoranda of mortgage No. D. 389721.5 (North Auckland Registry) and A. 422191.3 (Canterbury Registry) ("the mortgages"), from Tony Boon Huat Heng and AKT Trustee Company Limited as trustees of The Harimau Investment Trust ("the mortgagor") in favour of the New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited ("the mortgagee"):
To: Tony Boon Huat Heng, care of Morrison Kent, Solicitors, Tower Two, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland (Attention: B. Town).
And to: AKT Trustee Company Limited, Level Two,

Take notice that the mortgagee hereby by this notice, and effective from the date of service of this notice on you, has now entered into possession of the properties described in the attached Schedules ("the mortgaged properties"), being the properties against which the mortgages are registered.
