Take notice that Securities Registry Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Securities Registry (No. 2) Trust), in exercise of the powers reserved to it under the mortgage, has on the 13th day of May 2002, entered into and taken possession of the property known as Tikitere B Block, being part Block XI of the Rotoiti Survey District, being the properties of Shag Lake Farm Limited (formerly known as Tikitere Springs Estate Limited), contained in certificates of title 71A/984, 71A/985, 71A/986 and 71A/987, all
South Auckland Registry, and shall exercise all or any of
the powers in that behalf conferred on a mortgagee in possession by the mortgage.
The address of the mortgagee, Securities Registry Limited, is at Level One, Money Managers' House, 222 Bush Road, North Harbour Industrial Estate, Auckland.
