Pursuant to Section 15B of the New Zealand Society of Accountants Amendment Act 1963
Notice is given that the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand (formerly the New Zealand Society of Accountants):
(a) has resolved to wind up the New Zealand Society of Accountants Fidelity Fund ("the fund") established under Part I of that Act, with effect from the 11th day of February 2002; and
(b) is of the view that all claims against the fund have been received and fully dealt with.
