Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993
Directors: Ted Sketchley and Nell Sketchley.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator wishes to have
the company removed from the New Zealand Register
as the company has ceased to trade, has discharged in
full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its assets.
Any objection to the removal from the Register is to be made under section 321 of the Act and must be delivered to the Registrar by the 31st day of March 2002.
