Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is given that it is intended to remove the company from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (the "Act"), on the grounds that the liquidators have sent or delivered to
the Registrar a final report, pursuant to section 257 of the Act, and a copy of this notice, pursuant to section 320 (4) of the Act.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar
of Companies is the 20th day of January 2003.
