Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove Receivables Purchase Trustee Company Limited ("the company") from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, by the 8th day of March 2002.
