Notice of Application for Removal of Company From
the New Zealand Register of Companies
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Bannister Nominees Limited
(in liquidation) intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, and all its assets have been realised and all proceeds of realisation distributed.
Objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, shall close 20 working days after the date of this publication.
