Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
The liquidation of the above-named company, whose registered office is 13F/20 Oriental Terrace, Oriental Bay, Wellington, has now been completed.
The liquidator's final report and statement of realisation and distribution have been sent to the Registrar in accordance with section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act").
It is now intended to remove the company from the Register in accordance with section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 9th day of December 2002.
