Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register Globalbrain Limited (in liquidation) ("the company"), which has its registered office at Cook Adam & Co, 181 Spey Street, Invercargill, by request, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection is no later than the 25th day of February 2002.
