the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act")

Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove from
the New Zealand Register Tennyson Holdings Limited
(in liquidation), which has its registered office at Level Eight, WestpacTrust Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 29th day of November 2002.
