Notice of Removal of Company From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
The board of Kapiti Flying Group Limited, at 30 Vaucluse Avenue, Paraparaumu 6450, gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at 86-90 Lambton Quay, Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on the basis that the company
has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full
its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the company from the
New Zealand Register must be made to the Registrar by
the 22nd day of November 2002.
