Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Valais Holdings Limited hereby gives notice that, after the 11th day of November 2002, it intends to apply to
the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with it becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
