Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, Max Leonard Whittington, liquidator of the above-named company, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at Level Six, L J Hooker House, 57 Symonds Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that I have, as liquidator of the above-named company, sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of the above-named company.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 31st day of October 2002 (being the date not less than 20 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the above-named company from
the Register.
