Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register of Companies
Notice is given that John Keith Kenyon and Michael Campbell McIntosh Cormack, being the shareholders of the company, propose to make application to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), to remove Mataka Farm Limited, having its registered office at Fourteenth Floor, Anderson Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
The company is to be removed, pursuant to section 318 (2) (a) of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed
its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 24th day of October 2002.
