Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I intend to remove the above-named company from the Register under section 318 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
I am satisfied that no liquidator is acting.
Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of this company is delivered to the Registrar by the 16th day of August 2002 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the company from the Register.
