Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Ian Cowan Andrew, intend to apply for the removal from the Register of Companies on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed
its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and
the Companies Act 1993.
Under section 321 of the Act, any person objecting to the removal must deliver their objection to the Registrar of Companies by the 3rd day of August 2002.
