Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Downer & Company Limited ("the company") gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after the 30th day of June 2002, in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; and
(b) It is intended to incorporate the company under the law in force in New South Wales, Australia.
