Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, it is proposed that a request be made to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington to remove the company from the Register.
The grounds for the removal are that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, by the 2nd day of July 2002, being a date not less than 20 working days of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
