Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Please take notice that I will apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove Te Kowhai Station Limited from
the Register of Companies, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, upon the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full
its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution.
Any objection to the removal of this company from
the Register must be made to the Registrar of Companies by the 21st day of June 2002.
