Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland after the 7th day of June 2002, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Lion Nathan Enterprises Limited, the registered office of which is situated at 7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia.
