Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that Post Blue Limited, the sole shareholder of NZ Post Direct Limited authorised by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company dated the 11th day of April 2002, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of NZ Post Direct Limited, whose registered office is situated at Level Twelve, Corporate Office, 7-12 Waterloo Quay, Wellington, from the New Zealand Register of Companies on the grounds that NZ Post Direct Limited has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed
its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is delivered to the Registrar at Auckland no later than 20 working days after the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove NZ Post Direct Limited from the Register.
