Notice of Application for Removal of the Above-named Charitable Trust From the Register

The liquidation of the above-named charitable trust has been completed and the final report and statement of receipts and payments have been sent to the Registrar, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, together with a request that the charitable trust be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
