Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
The liquidator of the above-named company hereby gives notice that he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register in accordance with section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
This application is made on the grounds that the liquidation of this company is now complete.
Any objection to this application must be filed with the Registrar, under section 321 of the Act, within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
