Pursuant to Section 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the liquidator has delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents required under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act, on the receipt of which, and provided no other objection is received, the Registrar of Companies must remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to its removal must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
