Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register of Companies

The liquidator hereby gives notice of his intention to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
The application for removal is to be made, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation is complete and the liquidator has delivered to every creditor and member the documents required by section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the company, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 26th day of April 2002.
