Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that an application to remove the companies from the Register will be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that they have ceased to carry on business, have discharged in full their liabilities to all their known creditors and have distributed their surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal of the companies from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar not later than the 19th day of April 2002.
