Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report
has been delivered to the Registrar and it is now intended
to remove the company from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the company, pursuant
to section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 30th day of April 2002.
