Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gary R. Chapman and Ian
L. Britten, chartered accountants of Chapman & Britten, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Santhagens Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of February 2002.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Barry Draper at First Floor, 81 Horomatangi Street, Taupo, on telephone (07) 378 8854.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
15th day of March 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
