Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the board and members of
the above-named trust, on the 21st day of December 2001
at 10.00 a.m., appointed Paul Graham Sargison and
Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland,
as liquidators.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 26th day of February 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
