Notice of Approval of a Scheme
Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
In the matter of a charitable trust known as the Scott Fund Trust Scheme, created by the donation and bequest of the late David Henry Scott:
Take notice that on Wednesday, the 7th day of November 2001, the High Court at Napier approved the Scott Fund Trust Scheme pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
