Pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
In the matter of a charitable trust known as the Shrimpton Trust, created by the donation and bequest of the
late Walter Shrimpton:
Take notice that on Monday, the 25th day of February
2002, the High Court at Napier approved the Shrimpton Trust Scheme, pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
