Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Vantage Point Pty Limited gives notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand from the 30th day of June 2002.
At the expiry of three months after the date of this public notice, Aaron Hendler, director of the above-named company, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland of the cessation of business and will seek removal from the Overseas Companies Register.
