Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that T & G Mutual Life
Society Limited intends to cease to carry on business
in New Zealand and, pursuant to section 341 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, will be removed from the Overseas Register not less than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
