Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GT Interactive Software Australia Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 29th day of November 2002.
