Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that WineryExchange Pty Limited,
a company incorporated in Australia and having a place of business in New Zealand at 300 Richmond Road, Auckland, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
The business will in future operate in New Zealand as Winery Exchange, Inc.
