Public Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Indo-Pacific Energy Limited:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Indo-Pacific Energy Limited, a company incorporated in Canada, gives notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice,
it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
