Robern Menz (NZ) Pty Limited gives notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it ceased
to carry on business in New Zealand from the 30th day of June 2002.
At the expiry of three months after the date of this public notice, Clive Anthony Quinn, chartered accountant, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland of the cessation of business and will seek removal from the Overseas Companies Register.
