Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Twin Disc (Pacific) Pty Limited gives notice, pursuant
to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand from the 31st day of August 2001.
At the expiry of three months after the date of this public notice, Richard J. Giles, director and company secretary of the above-named company, will give notice to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland of the cessation of business and will seek removal from the Overseas Companies Register.
