Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that MMTI Marketing Inc. intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will be removed from the Overseas Register not less than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
This is part of a solvent reconstruction.
The New Zealand business of MMTI Marketing Inc. will be carried on by MMTI Marketing (NZ) Limited, a related company of MMTI Marketing Inc.
