Amendment to Cessation Notice
Time-Life (N.Z.) Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia, wishes to advise that the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 April 2002, No. 31, page 828, in regard to cessation of its New Zealand branch, will in no way affect the ongoing operations of the company in
New Zealand.
The company will no longer have a physical place of business in New Zealand but will continue to trade from Australia.
